We currently ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding our reach, but for now, our wax wonders stay domestic.

⏳ Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We’ll always do our best to get your goodies out quickly, especially during seasonal launches or restocks.

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, a reliable and cost-effective option for getting your scents safely to your doorstep.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Enjoy free shipping on orders of $35 or more—our treat to you.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

🏡 Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup at this time.

📦 Lost or Damaged Items

All sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund at the owner’s discretion.
