At Whiff n’ Whim, every scent is crafted with care and intention. Because our wax melts and fragrance products are handmade and sensitive to handling, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Scent preference

  • Accidental orders

  • Items opened or used

 

We encourage you to read scent descriptions carefully and reach out with questions before purchasing—we’re happy to help you find the perfect match.

 

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items
 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at whiffnwhim@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

 

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
